Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

If you like Blue Cheese and Deviled Eggs then this recipe is a must try. Blue Cheese crumbles are mixed in with your traditional deviled egg filling to create a delicious appetizer. Your blue cheese loving guests will be jumping for joy when they try these Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs.

Course Appetizer


  • 6 hard boiled eggs (halved)
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 -2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2-4 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • Dash paprika plus more for garnishing


  1. Place all of the egg yolks into a food processor.

  2. Add all ingredients into the food processor along with the egg yolks.

  3. Pulse on low until smooth (it is ok to have some little chunks).

  4. Taste mixture to see if you need to add any additional mustard, mayo, S/P or blue cheese. Remember you can always add more but can never take away when cooking, so always taste and add more to your liking.

  5. If mixture taste to your liking spoon or pipe into egg halves.

  6. Sprinkle finished deviled eggs with Paprika and additional blue cheese crumbles if desired. Enjoy.
