This is the perfect treat for any chocolate or peanut butter lover. Two salty crackers stuffed with creamy peanut butter, then dipped in a delicious melted chocolate then topped with festive sprinkles.

Double Boiler or Bowl and a Pot
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with/parchment paper.
Next, line your crackers top side down all along the baking sheet.
Fill a piping bag with creamy peanut butter and cut the tip off. If you are having trouble squeezing the peanut butter out, then make your hole a little bigger.
Hold each cracker as you pipe desired amount of peanut butter onto cracker. Once you filled each cracker with peanut butter then you can take another cracker and add it to the top making a peanut butter cracker sandwich.
To get your chocolate melting add a metal or stainless steel bowl to the top of a pot filled about halfway with water.
Drop your melting chocolates into the bowl and bring the water to a light boil then reduce heat.
Stir the chocolates every few minutes until all melted and creamy. Using tongs, dip each Peanut Butter Cracker into the chocolate, turning to make sure all sides are coated.
After dipping place cracker back on parchment paper and repeat until all crackers are Add sprinkles if desired.
If you would like to make white chocolate as well clean out bowl or get a new one and repeat the above process.
Once all crackers are done place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Store in an air tight container for up to one week.
Place some crackers in the freezer for frozen treats, plus they are good for up to 6 months in the freezer.
